Suns And Nets Light It Up

Wow. Just wow. Last night the Phoenix Suns beat the New Jersey Nets 161 to 157! It isn't the highest scoring game ever, but is still really impressive. Both teams had 40+ point fourth quaters. Steve Nash and Jason Kidd both had great games, with Kidd having his 78th career triple-double. I have always thought Kidd was under-rated. I usually vote him to the all-star team, and his stats support my opinion. The ironic thing is that Nash, as great of a player as he is, only has three career triple-doubles. THREE!! To put it in perspective, LeBron James almost averaged a triple-double last year. My guess is Nash's lack of triple-doubles is a result of Phoenix's fast paced play.

Looking at the boxscore and reading the recap is crazy. Everyone shot a lot, scored a lot, and it looks like it was a really exciting game. I hope I can catch it later somehow. Meanwhile tonight I will be logging the Hawks/Lakers game tonight. Yay! (If you don't know what I am talking about when I say logging, just comment on this post and I will explain :-)
